Technical Sales Support Analyst/Specialist

This position is responsible for all aspects of Great Bay’s retailer portal including account management, site administration and retail support. The successful incumbent will ensure timely delivery of EDI order and acknowledgement transmission to and from Key Accounts customers and suppliers. Must possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) data due to heavy interaction across the organization and externally and the need to coordinate accurate and timely delivery of data. Proficiency in Word and Excel, and strong data analytics skills are required to access and analyze raw data files, trouble shoot and address multiple issues and recommend solutions. Ability to work in a fast paced and at times a high-pressure environment. Experience in client facing technical support/help desk desired. Knowledge of Access and knowledge of electronic data interface helpful. This position is full-time Monday – Friday with full benefits after 90 days. The shift can be negotiated around the business cycle. The pay range is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience. DFWP. EOE.
