This position is responsible for building orders for delivery, counting orders, lifting, operating powered industrial lifts and/or ride on pallet jacks and end of shift clean-up. Shift is Monday – Friday, begins at 1:00 pm and ends when tasks are done. Starting pay is $17.25 an hour plus a 1.5 cents incentive for every case pulled. The average hourly salary is $17.95 to $19.75 an hour for motivated, efficient order selectors. Overtime rate pays (for over 40 hours) is $25.88 an hour. Also, if the order selectors complete the shift under 42 hours, it pays a $50 weekly bonus. Additionally a performance bonus of up to $175 is available.
