Provide administrative support for vice president of human resources on all HR matters. Schedule interviews, make job offers, conduct pre-employment background, physical and drug testing. Conduct new hire orientation. Coordinate with other departments and including high-level staff on sensitive and confidential matters. Answer phone, file, organize and prioritize mail, calls and other information. Explain company policies. Various tasks as assigned. Comply with safety and company policies and commit to a workplace of dignity and respect. Work hours 8 am – 4:30 pm or 7:00 am -3:30 pm. $18 per hour. EOE & Drug-Free Workplace.
